Recommendation for use
For adults up to 75 years of age, take 1 capsule per day, after a meal. For adults over 75 years of age, take 2 capsules per day, after a meal. The capsules dissolve in the mouth. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be used by children and nursing mothers or by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists.
