1. Plum tart - method of preparation

Step 1

First, you have to deal with the crust. Thus, in a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.

Add the pieces of butter and use your fingertips or a mixer to combine the butter with the flour until you get a sandy consistency.

Step 2

Add a spoonful of cold water and mix gently with a fork. Keep adding a spoonful of water until the dough gathers into a ball. Do not mix too much.

Wrap the dough in plastic film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

After you have taken care of the crust, the plum tart recipe involves preparing the filling. In a bowl, mix the cut plums with sugar (or your favorite flavors and sweeteners), flour, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
