To prepare this tasty and healthy dessert, it is necessary to have all the ingredients you need, and then to follow the preparation method, which involves only a few simple steps, namely:

To begin with, it is necessary to preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper. Next, you must start preparing the dough by mixing the dry ingredients in a large bowl, namely the wholemeal flour together with the sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the melted coconut oil, vegetable milk and vanilla essence, and then mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

Next, you can add nuts or raisins to the dough if you want to give your vegetable biscuits a special flavor. Then, form small balls of dough and place them on the tray that you lined with baking paper, leaving space between them. Next, gently flatten the dough balls with a fork.
