Magnesium and potassium help the muscles to function properly, which allows avoiding excessive contractions in cases where they are caused by magnesium or potassium deficiencies. Vitamins B6, B12 and riboflavin contribute to reducing feelings of fatigue and exhaustion, and thiamine helps to support the good functioning of the nervous system. The product intended for adults to facilitate the coverage of the body's needs for magnesium and potassium, as well as vitamins B6, B12, thiamine and riboflavin.
