Protein Pancakes from Scitec Nutrition are protein pancakes, in powder form, without added sugar. It is a dessert based on oat flour that can be an alternative to traditional pancakes in the diet of an athlete, or for those who are active, or if you just want to supplement your daily protein and fiber intake.

Protein pancakes can also be a great option for those going on a long road trip or hiking trip and want something easy to make to take with them, maybe for the whole family.

Recommendation for use

Mix one spoon (37 g) with 100 ml of water or skimmed milk. Shake or mix vigorously until it resembles traditional pancake batter. It is then placed in a non-stick pan and cooked on medium heat until browned on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the dough). Experiment with the thickness of the dough, the size of the pancakes and the baking times to get the desired pancakes. Once prepared, keep in the refrigerator and eat within 1 day.
