These advanced forms of creatine ensure an uninterrupted supply of creatine to support the anabolic effect of greater muscle cell volumization, as well as to rapidly increase and mobilize PCr muscle fuel concentrations, facilitating the rapid and sustained transfer of high-energy phosphate into the phosphagen system for ATP resynthesis.
To maximize the use of creatine, HTP Phosphagen contains guanidinopropionic acid, an analogue of creatine, which improves the absorption of creatine in muscle cells through its insulinotropic properties. Also, the beta-alanine present in the formula delays the onset of muscle fatigue through complementary pathways, providing additional time for creatine to contribute to the formation of PCr and resynthesize ATP. Thus, the duration and intensity of muscle contractions are extended, allowing a greater hypertrophic response to be obtained.

Recommendation for use
On training days, take 1 cup (15g) of the product with 240-300 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. On non-training days, take the same serving at any time of the day.
