Recommendation for use

Bathroom

Add 250g of Magnesium Mind Flakes (approximately 2 cups) to your bath. Lie on your back and relax for 20 minutes.

Foot bath

Add 150g of Magnesium Mind Flakes (about 1 cup) to about 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
