Whey protein concentrate (from milk), buttermilk powder, inulin, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, emulsifier: lecithin, MCT oil (70%), coconut oil powder, beetroot juice concentrate powder, flavours, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, sweetener: sucralose.

The product may contain traces of soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommendation for use

Mix 100g (8 scoops) of powder with 200ml water or milk. Mix until a uniform consistency of sour cream. Freeze in the freezer for about an hour. Remove the half-frozen mass from the freezer and mix well. Put it back in the freezer for about an hour, then consume. For an ideal consistency, it is recommended not to freeze the product deeply. The recommended daily serving is 50g. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. After preparation, keep in the freezer for a maximum of 48 hours. After defrosting, do not freeze again.
