    Mix 2 scoops (30g) of powder with 250-300ml of water or milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days.

    Eu sunt mai nebun si imi place la nebunie sa incerc arome neconventionale la proteina. Pentru mine cele 3 incercate au fost top, desi pe foarte multe forumuri au primit mult hate, in special tofee, ala mi s-a parut cel mai bun in ovaz si cu lapte

    Nu exista ceva mai rău!

    Ce a mai nasoală proteina gustata vreodată,o am și acum(după 2 luni) aproape plina,are un gust de ou crud și stricat,nu va luați,va rog sa nu va luați! Este o pierdere de bani !

    Recomand. O proteina de calitate

    O proteina buna, cu gust bun si la un pret decent. Am comandat pana acum 4 sortimente din aceasta proteina, toate s-au mixat cum trebuie, atat cu lapte cat si cu apa, dar si cand o puneam in terciul de ovaz.
    De gust, sunt multumit, mai putin de cea cu " Cinnamon Bun" care are un gust prea puternic de scortisoara si pentru mine a ajuns sa fie gretos. Restul sortimentelor incercate care mie mi-au placut si au avut un gust bun : Chocolate Milkshake, Salted Caramel si White Choco Bueno

    am luat cu caramel sarat ca am crezut ca e buna dar problema e ca e cumva ciudat. Ideea e ca nu prea se amesteca proteina asta. Ramane toata ca un praf deasupra. Daca incerci sa o faci intr-o cana sau orice altceva pahar etc. Nu se amesteca. Daca o faci in shaker e consistenta ca o pasta nu ca un shake. Gustul e cam ciudat. Overall nu pot recomanda.
