Protein Pancakes from Ostrovit is a dietary supplement based on protein in powder form. OstroVit protein pancakes are delicious and nutritious and are based on oat flour and whey protein concentrate, without added sugar. Recommendation for use

Add 3.5 spoons of powder (50 g) with 80 ml of water or milk. Mix until the dough is uniform. If the dough seems too thick, add more milk or water. Wait 3 minutes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot pan, well greased, until they are brown.
