BCAA811 BY GENIUS NUTRITION
BCAA811 is a unique product with ultra-fast absorption, based on BCAA malate in a ratio of 8:1:1. BCAA are branched chain amino acids (l-leucine dl-malate, l-isoleucine dl-malate, valine dl-malate) chemically linked with the salt of malic acid for a potentially increased bioavailability of them. During training, BCAA malate breaks down faster than any other amino acids, for this reason it is an optimal product for administration before/during/and after training.
According to the studies carried out, leucine has an important role in protein synthesis and muscle growth, being recognized as the amino acid with the greatest anabolic properties. Isoleucine ensures the supply of glucose in the cells. Although no specific research has been conducted on the effects of valine, recent studies show that it has a similar effect to leucine, although weaker. Administering BCAA before and during training prevents the drop in serum BCAA levels, thus preventing tryptophan from reaching the brain where it is transformed into serotonin, which leads to the onset of fatigue. Therefore, leucine is the amino acid with the most important role in protein synthesis, recovery, muscle mass growth and fat burning. ADDITIONAL TAURINE
Several studies conducted on athletes and subjects who do not do sports have demonstrated that BCAA reduces muscle pain and ensures faster recovery after resistance training, the products being, at the same time, convenient from a financial point of view. According to a recent study, the effects of BCAAs are potentiated by the addition of taurine. A study group consisting of men who do not do sports received a placebo substance, only taurine or only BCAA. Then, they were asked to do very demanding physical exercises for the muscles. Subjects in the taurine and BCAA group were less affected by exercise and had less muscle soreness during the four-day post-exercise recovery period compared to those who received the other variants. The combination of taurine and BCAA offers three distinct benefits: firstly, it improves the water level in the muscle fibers, which has the effect of reducing muscle damage. Secondly, amino acids potentially improve the sensitivity to calcium in the contractile part of the muscle fibers, inhibiting, at the same time, the production of creatine kinase, a by-product that accumulates and that determines the feeling of muscle fatigue. Thirdly, taurine and BCAA reduce oxidative stress. In short, this dynamic combination reduces the "waste" generated during intense training and, in this way, reduces muscle pain and ensures faster recovery.

ADDED VITAMINS: B6 AND B9
The B vitamin complex is particularly important for the metabolism of amino acids, which can be depleted when a large dose of BCAA is administered. B vitamins are essential for absolutely all processes, from anxiety control and cognitive processes to energy metabolism and avoiding cravings for certain foods. Vitamin B6 is necessary for the secretion of an enzyme called branched-chain alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase (BCKAD) necessary for the breakdown and use of branched-chain acids by the body.
