Recommendation for use

On training days: Take 1-2 capsules with a large glass of water 10 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Once tolerance has been assessed, administer up to 3-4 capsules at a time. On break days: 2 capsules in the morning after the meal and another 1 capsule at noon, always with a glass of water. 1 capsule contains 83mg caffeine, 3 capsules contain 250mg caffeine (high content!)
