Gold Standard 100% Casein from Optimum Nutrition is a dietary supplement based on milk casein. Casein is a slow-digesting protein, which means a gradual release - supporting muscle mass growth and muscle recovery during sleep. Each serving contains 24g of protein that provides a prolonged source of amino acids throughout the night. The new casein formula is enhanced with zinc, which supports the health of the immune system, and magnesium, which supports normal protein synthesis.
