Olimp Blackweiler Shred is a pre-workout food supplement in powder form. The preparation is a composition based on amino acids (beta-alanine, L-arginine and L-citrulline), plant extracts (wasabi, cocoa, ginger and green tea extract as well as cayenne and black pepper extract) and caffeine, supplemented with vitamins and minerals. Niacin and thiamine contribute to a normal energy metabolism. The product is intended only for physically active adults and professional athletes.

Recommendation for use
Take 1-3 servings a day approximately 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (6 g = ½ spoon) to 100 ml of water. Add 2 portions (12 g = 1 spoon) and 3 portions (18 g = 1 and ½ spoon) to 200 ml and 300 ml of water, respectively.
