Adulti si copii peste 12 ani: se consuma 2-4 capsule dupa mese, de 3 ori pe zi cu apa. Pentru a se obtine efectul benefic de reducere a flatulentei excesive dupa masa, se consuma cel putin 1g (4 capsule) cu cel putin 30 de minute inainte si 1g (4 capsule) la scurt timp dupa masa.

Carbunele activat este bun la captarea substantelor chimice si previne absorbtia acestora, prin urmare, se recomanda sa se ia carbune activ la cel putin o ora dupa medicamentele sau suplimentele alimentare ce se iau in mod normal pe cale orala.
